Principessa II
This boat was designed during the winter of 2009 for the Yacht Club of Balatonfüred, for winning middle Europe's biggest round the lake competiton, the Blue Ribbon of Balaton. At the beginning they wanted to use the existing rig of the Libera Principessa, but finally they decided to have a new, bigger rig. Building of the boat is unfortunatelly delayed.
The unusual form of the hull is due to the special regulations of the race. This way the boat has a low wetted beam and wetted surface at adequate righting moment from the weight of the crew.
